Extra security

All cards can be PIN enabled. You’re in control when it comes to whether or not a PIN should be required. You can have PINs on one card, some cards, or all of your cards – it depends on your preference.

To set your PIN, all you need is your mobile phone and the ability to login to the online service centre. If you decide to add a PIN to a card, a PIN Establishment Code (PEC) will be sent to you via SMS, which will be required to complete the process.

Please note: Not all service stations have updated their systems to accept PINs.
