MOBIL TERMINAL GATE PRICE (TGP) — TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Mobil's Terminal Gate Price (TGP) and these Terms and Conditions apply to spot sales and customer contracts that specifically refer to Mobil's TGP. All TGP purchases are also subject to Mobil's Standard Terms and Conditions. By placing an order, the customer confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Standard Terms and Conditions.

All prices displayed are subject to change without notice at the discretion of Mobil Oil Australia Pty Ltd (Mobil). Prices are updated daily and may change without notice. Customers should check the current TGP on this website immediately before placing an order or contact their Mobil sales representative at  https://www.mobil.com.au/en-au/commercial-fuels/contact-us/.

1. All prices are in Australian cents per litre and inclusive of GST. Fuel excise is included in the invoiced price at the applicable rate on the day of pick-up. All quoted TGPs are for temperature corrected volumes, assessed at 15°C.
2. Customer prices will be the price posted on this website on the afternoon prior to each business day, effective from the commencement of that business day. For prepayment customers, the applicable price is the TGP as per the effective date on the website. Orders must be collected on the same business day as the effective date of the applicable TGP. Where collection cannot occur on the effective date on TGP that the order is for, the customer must place a new order at the then current TGP.
3. TGP sales are ex-terminal collection only. Mobil does not provide delivery under these Terms.
4. Prices are for customers collecting full tanker loads only of a single product grade minimum 32 kilolitres per order. Mobil is not required to accept any order for less than this minimum.
5. Before placing a first order, new customers must complete a Mobil account setup by submitting a form acceptable to Mobil, which must include either: (a) a completed Credit Application, subject to Mobil's credit assessment and the provision of adequate security to Mobil's satisfaction; or (b) a Prepayment Setup, under which cleared funds must be received by Mobil before each order is released. Account setup may take up to 10 business days from receipt of complete customer information, including all documents. No order will be released until account setup is complete. For prepayment customers, orders will be released upon Mobil’s receipt of remittance advice. The customer warrants that funds will clear in full. Where payment does not clear, the customer remains liable for the full invoiced amount and Mobil reserves the right to suspend all future supply until outstanding amounts are paid in full.
6. Payment terms are either: (a) 1 day direct debit, subject to adequate security being held by Mobil; or (b) prepayment in full, with cleared funds received by Mobil prior to order release.
7. Personnel and vehicles entering Mobil terminals must hold current Safe Load Pass accreditation. Supply will not be released to any driver or vehicle that does not hold current accreditation at the time of collection.
8. Mobil has the right to refuse supply or impose rationing in the following cases: (a) no payment received, or adequate security is not held by Mobil or cleared funds have not been confirmed prior to order release; (b) product is unavailable, or Mobil has insufficient stock to meet spot demand (c) driver, vehicle or equipment does not meet Mobil Safety, Health and Environment requirements or does not hold current Safe Load Pass accreditation; or (d) the customer has not provided complete and accurate information required for account set up, including valid business registration details; or (e) supply would result in breach of any applicable trade sanctions, export controls or anti-money laundering laws.
9. Additional services (if any) are not included in the posted TGP and will be separately agreed, separately charged, and separately identified on all documentation.
10. Where a customer has made a prepayment and supply does not proceed for any reason, Mobil will use its best endeavours to refund the prepaid amount in full within 10 Business Days of written notification that supply will not proceed. All refunds will be made to the same bank account from which the original payment was received. No interest is payable on refunded amount unless required by law.
11. These Terms and Conditions and Mobil's Standard Terms and Conditions govern all TGP purchases. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the Standard Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
